Convert All Select Options to Gray

Notion automatically assigns colors to new options within Select and Multi-Select properties. In many situations, you may want those options all to be a clean, consistent, subtle gray. Modifying each option individually is time-consuming, but with these quick steps, you can convert them all at once:

1. Create a Text property. Give it the same name as the Select or Multi-Select property you're converting.
2. Highlight and copy all cells within the Select or Multi-Select column.
3. Paste the contents into the Text property.
4. Convert the Text property to a Select or Multi-Select property. See your text become nicely grayed Select options.
5. Delete the original (colored) Select or Multi-Select property.
